Service and operator
iTrack is provided by Abu Wisam SLLC, Muscat, Oman, PC 122. It supports fleet and workforce operations for organizations that authorize employee, company, site and role-based access. Available features depend on configuration and permissions. Any applicable customer agreement continues to govern commercial service arrangements.
Authorized use
Use only accounts and workspaces assigned to you. Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator or support@abuwisam.com. Do not access another organization’s records, bypass restrictions, disrupt services or upload information you are not authorized to use.
Operational records and safety
Review inspection answers, fuel entries, journey information, signatures and safety observations before submitting them. Check generated transcription or translation for accuracy. Device permissions, connectivity and synchronization affect availability and timeliness. A pending upload is not a confirmed server record.
Follow your organization’s safety and emergency procedures. Maps, pending submissions and machine-generated text do not replace required checks or emergency response. Do not operate the app while driving.
Accounts and privacy
Your organization assigns access and may change roles, sites, assignments or account status. Deactivation does not itself delete historical records. The Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy describes current information handling. Requests for account or personal-data deletion can be sent to privacy@abuwisam.com; see Data Deletion.

Contact support@abuwisam.com for product assistance. Privacy requests go to privacy@abuwisam.com. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the published terms and communicated where appropriate.
